About the opportunity: We are seeking an individual to perform the following: Complete weekly planning sheets, direct contractors to ensure quality, and coordinate with the Site Manager for material availability. Ensure adherence to Health and Safety regulations, conduct regular inspections, and confirm operatives follow method statements and risk assessments. Collaborate with the Sales Executive, Buying Department, and sub-contractors regarding customer options, variations, and issue resolutions. Plan and arrange inspections with NHBC and Local Authorities and accompany inspectors during visits. Assist with Home Quality Inspections, ensure defect-free homes at legal completion, and conduct regular post-completion visits for customer satisfaction. Support in maintaining site presentation standards, manage waste disposal, and ensure contractors follow proper waste separation and company policies. About the benefits and rewards: The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry. About the requirements: Proven experience in site delivery, as an Assistant Site Manager managing projects from start to finish. SMSTS and CSCS certification required (Manager/Supervisor level). NVQ Residential Construction Site Supervision L4. GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) in Maths & English Strong leadership skills and commitment to inclusion and diversity. Trade background with detailed knowledge of building processes, NHBC, and Building Regulations. First Aid qualified
