Salary: £27,245 - £31,954 per year

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual to join the Sustainable Housing on Release for Everyone (SHORE) team within Central Homelessness Team.
Responsibilities:
1. Delivering a wide range of housing services to customers.
2. Providing face-to-face housing options advice to prisoners within HMP Barlinnie and HMP Addiewell.
3. Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, monitoring and auditing casework.
4. Processing complaints according to procedure and standards.
5. Organising and prioritising workload effectively.
6. Networking with key partners and communicating with service users, public bodies, and third sector agencies.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience working in a housing-related environment.
2. Experience working in a prison or criminal justice environment.
3. Excellent IT skills.
4. Strong communication skills.
5. Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
