Job Title: Peripatetic Worker
An exciting and rewarding opportunity to be a key member of the team, providing support and housing related guidance to young people within a semi-supported accommodation service for unaccompanied asylum seeking children (USAC).
* Provide housing support and guidance to young people.
* Assist with the transition to independent living.
