Part 2 Architectural Assistant OR Architect

Salary: £30-37,000 DOE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant or a newly qualified Architect to join a well-established, chartered practice in Bedfordshire. Specialising in sustainable architecture, this practice works across social housing, estate regenerations, schools, private housing, and community projects.
You'll be part of a collaborative team of Architects, Designers, and Technical Staff, contributing to project delivery and supporting junior team members. If you're passionate about sustainable architecture and looking for the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you!

Running or supporting in the running of projects and overseeing junior team members.
Supporting Directors with team and office management.
Working across various RIBA stages, from concept to completion.
Client-facing responsibilities, including presentations and meetings.
Ensuring projects align with sustainability goals.Ideal Candidate:
ARB registered or working toward completing your Part 3.
Several years of post-Part 2 experience.
Strong interest in sustainable architecture.
Sector experience in social housing, education, or community projects.
Proficiency in Vectorworks (training available if needed).
Strong design and technical capabilities.
Confident in a client-facing role.
Excellent communication skills.
