We are excited to invite applications for a part-time, permanent ANP position (4 sessions per week) to join our thriving practice, providing care across two sites.

Our team consists of skilled GPs, nurses, and healthcare professionals committed to delivering excellent care.
Your Role
· Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including GPs, Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Pharmacists, and Nurses.
· Provide care and treatment to patients with long-term conditions or undiagnosed and undifferentiated diagnoses.
· Diagnose, manage, prescribe, and discharge patients with illness or injury across all age groups, including young children.
· Conduct consultations via face-to-face appointments, telephone, or video consultations.
· Operate as an autonomous practitioner, ensuring patients receive timely and effective care.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified and experienced ANP with independent prescribing rights.
* Expertise in managing acute and chronic conditions in a primary care setting.
* Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
* A commitment to patient-centred care and teamwork.
* Desirable – confidence and experience in managing minor illness presentations in children from aged 6 months
