Qualifications
* Experience working and coordinating Operational Excellence Programmes
* Yellow Belt Lean/Six Sigma
* Evidence on CPD
* Post Grad Masters
* Leadership Qualification
* Coaching Qualification
Experience
* Experience developing and coordinating delivery of training
* Experience leading projects in change management
* Experience in methods of improvement and theories of change in one lean-based improvement method
* Experience of coaching/mentoring for improvement
* Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies
* Experience in coaching/mentoring in a healthcare setting
* Experience of co-production/co-design
Knowledge
* Working Knowledge of 5s and other proven improvement strategies
