Job Title: Buyer

The successful candidate will join a busy and growing engineering company, taking on the key role of Buyer. This position involves sourcing new suppliers and managing existing supplier performance to meet the company's requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
* Raising requests for quotations and purchase orders in accordance with established procedures.
* Providing support with demand, supply, and fulfillment planning to ensure seamless operations.
* Managing stock levels by coordinating purchases and ensuring timely deliveries from suppliers.
* Monitoring and evaluating supplier performance to identify areas for improvement.
* Maintaining accurate records and reports of purchasing activities, including supplier performance metrics.

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
