Job Description
Position: Compliance Manager
Atlas Professionals are recruiting for a Compliance Manager based in Newcastle. This will be a full-time role working Monday to Friday. Ideally, the successful candidate will have the majority of the below qualifications:
1. Lead Auditor Qualifications
2. NEBOSH Certificate / Diploma
3. IEMA Environmental Qualification or equivalent
4. Extensive experience with multi-site / group management systems
5. Comprehensive knowledge of business processes required
6. A strong understanding of data protection regulations, laws, and requirements within a highly regulated industry
Other Requirements:
1. Strong communication skills
2. Excellent organisational and time management skills
3. A positive attitude to dealing with people
4. Capable of hands-on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions
5. Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail
6. Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritise tasks
7. Capable of working independently, and having responsibility as an individual, as well as being able to integrate and operate as part of a team
