What you'll be doing:
1. Work closely with our customers to understand their needs and use the Salesforce platform to create impactful solutions.
2. Collaborate with multi-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver sustainable Salesforce applications.
3. Use your knowledge of FSC and LWC to drive successful Salesforce implementations across the full Software Development Lifecycle.
4. Develop and present compelling use cases, project requirements, and roadmaps to both non-technical and technical customers.
5. Ensure smooth project delivery by utilising tools and standard methodologies.
What you'll bring:
1. Expertise with Salesforce, especially Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
2. Familiarity with development tools, testing (unit and systems), debugging, and standard processes in Salesforce.
3. Experience working in Scrum, Agile, and DevOps environments.
4. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to optimally connect with technical and non-technical partners.
It would be great if you had:
1. Salesforce/DevOps certifications such as Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer I.
2. Experience with Auto Rabbit, Gearset, and other DevOps tools.

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience
