What you’ll be doing…
1. Engaging with our customers, answering calls, providing quotes, booking jobs, and resolving queries with confidence and care.
2. Keeping things moving by proactively scheduling customer appointments with efficient outbound calls.
3. Staying organised by keeping job records accurate and up to date for a hassle-free customer experience.
4. Collaborating with Branch Managers to support operational targets.
Who we are looking for…
Our ideal candidate will be customer-focused and have a confident telephone manner together with:
1. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
2. A quick learner with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
3. Highly organised and detail-focused with the ability to prioritise workload
4. Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
This is a temporary position of up to 6 months to support us during our peak time.
