About the Role

We put the fun back in to our guestsholiday so if things aren’t going to plan with their break, youwill be helping our guests get things back on track by using yourempathy and problem solving skills to understand fully what hasgone wrong and ensuring that any jobs & feedback are loggedthen followed up with the guest.
We usedifferent systems to log jobs and feedback for our guests so fastaccurate typing skills coupled with being comfortable on a computeris a must.
We are looking for team with greatcustomer service and communication skills who enjoy helpingpeople. A team player who supports your colleagues while theysupport you. You will need a proficient telephone manner and beconfident at offering solutions to ourguests.
Within the guest services team, wealso look after the check-in experience for all of our guests andmeet some guests face to face to talk through anything, they mayneed help with. You will be helping our guests curate their staywith us by giving advice about the fantastic product offering wehave and giving advice about our localarea.
This a fast-paced role, you willneed to be motivated and love to get stuck in andlearn.

As a Guest Services Team MemberPlus, you will work on a Monday and a Friday cleaning ouraccommodation as well as delivering a fantastic service to ourguests while they are enjoying their holiday withus.
We will provide you with all thesupport and training you need to ensure you develop the skills towork confidently in all areas relevant to yourrole.
No day will everbe the same and you will enjoy the variety of working with lots ofdifferent team members andguests.
Working pattern for thisrole looks like:
Team Member Plus across Accomand Guest Services.
Monday and Friday Cleaning in MapleWalk 10:00 - 15:00 with 15 min break.
Then 60 min breakbefore shift in Guest Services from 16:00 - up to 21:00 generally
(this can be later on occasion). 3 other working days inthe 5.
Live in accommodation isavailable for these roles.
