About The Role To process invoices for all statutory and health assessment income To maintain the debtors, report daily To manage company's debts and ensuring customers pay on time To assist in query resolution To provide cash receipts forecasts to support cash flow management and to advise management as to issues arising. What we need from you Experience of working in a similar role in a busy organisation Experience of working in a local Authority Commissioning environment especially with regards to use of procurement portals. Working knowledge of Netsuite Accounting system Experience of sales ledger and invoicing Excellent attention to detail and accuracy levels Strong computer skills (preferably in Microsoft packages specifically, Word, Microsoft Outlook and Excel Excellent organisational skills, including time management and ability to prioritise Able to operate with discretion and handle confidential and sensitive information Flexible and adaptable working style. Strong interpersonal skills – remaining professional, friendly, polite and patient at all times.
