What does the role involve?
As our new Recruitment Consultant, on a daily basis you will be responsible for managing the expectations and needs of both clients and candidates alike and will work alongside people who are just as passionate about delivering a great service as you are.
Your tasks will involve managing the whole recruitment cycle, including:
Visiting clients to discuss supply
Advertising Roles, Recruiting and registering candidates
Candidate Video Meetings
Personal Marketing
Maintaining Client & Candidate Communications
Mailer System Use
Client & Candidate Compliance Accountability
Collation of timesheets for payroll team
Rate Agreements
Ensuring all records are up to date and correct.
As a new Driver Hire Recruitment Consultant you will be supported through an induction and training period which will focus on allowing you to learn the skills and knowledge that will become an essential part of your role within the team.
What do you need to be successful?
A key part of your success in the Recruitment Consultant role will be your:
Ability to grow the branch through exceptional service delivery
Ability to handle the responsibility of autonomy.
Ability to follow a process, and compliance
High level of attention to detail
Good organisational and time management skills
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and customers
Full, UK driving licence
Experience of sales, recruitment, driving or logistics would be advantageous, but more important to us is an aptitude to learn and a positive attitude.
What support will you be given?
You will be working within a supportive team of fifteen
You will have an in the field Sales Manager attracting new business
National Brand Marketing Team & Local Attraction Team
Payroll Team, to do the weekly process.
National Accounts Team, to assist local engagement of national contracts
Ongoing training, expert mentoring and coaching
