About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Sales Lead to join our growing sales team in the education sector. Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from their AI solutions. Key Responsibilities · Directly manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract closure · Work closely with the Chief Customer Officer to execute day-to-day sales activities · Develop and implement effective sales strategies specifically tailored to higher education · Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in universities and colleges · Meet and exceed revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction · Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our AI solutions · Document customer requirements and collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery · Forecast sales pipeline and provide regular performance reports Required Skills / Experience · Proven track record in B2B technology sales, SaaS and preferably AI, or education technology · Previous sales management experience with demonstrated success in building and leading teams · Proven understanding of the higher education sector and its unique challenges · Experience with complex, consultative sales processes and longer sales cycles · Exceptional relationship-building skills with both clients and internal stakeholders · Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while also planning for future team development · Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills What We Offer · Competitive Salary · Flexible and remote working options · Enhanced pension scheme (5% employer contribution) · 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays · £1,200 annual work-from-home allowance · Private healthcare package (Vitality) Eligibility Requirements Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.
