Lloyd Motors Volvo Aberaeron are seeking a customer orientated Service Manager to manage the performance of the Service Team to deliver an exceptional customer service experience and maximise the profitability of the department.
* To take responsibility for implementing and maintaining effective processes to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction levels in excess of the manufacturer national average.
* To monitor and control costs in line with the business plan, whilst maintaining quality standards and customer service.
* To ensure accurate collection and recording of customer data in line with Group standards.
* To ensure that the manufacturers standards are adhered to at all times.
* To make sure there is a safe working environment which is maintained.
What you’ll bring…
* An experienced Service Manager with a minimum of 2 years’ experience of managing a team
* Able to evidence relevant up to date knowledge of vehicle design, manufacture, consumer and vehicle legislation as well as industry and trade practices
* Experienced in training, leading, coaching and inspiring others to deliver a high quality service, encouraging team members to achieve their full potential
* A customer focused individual with determination to deliver a first class customer experience and maintain a customer centric and positive attitude within the Service Team
* Outstanding in your interpersonal and communication skills with proven attention to detail
* Well organised with an innovative approach to managing and driving team performance
What’s on offer…
* Working hours - Mon to Wed 8.30am – 5.30pm, Thurs and Fri 8.30am – 5.00pm, workshop closed on Saturday
