Position: Building Manager
Location: 129 - 130 Park Lane, London, W1K 7AE
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 0900 - 1730
Salary: up to £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: A permanent position that offers stability and room for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage site operations, front desk, and cleanliness.
* Carry out cleaning duties ensuring the site is maintained to a high standard.
* Provide a high level of customer service to residents, guests, and contractors.
* Conduct site inspections, ensuring health and safety compliance.
* Manage reactive and preventive maintenance tasks.
* Handle onsite emergencies or maintenance-related issues.
* Conduct regular development inspections, reporting defects and health and safety concerns.
* Create a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and visitors.
* Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
* Manage contractors, ensuring health and safety requirements are adhered to.
Minimum Requirements:
* Experience in the residential sector in a similar role.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Attention to detail.
