Start Date: ASAP Our client is looking for an experienced painter & decorator to work in the Beckenham area, this will be to work on a commercial establishment for 2-3 weeks. You MUST be experienced and MUST have your own van and tools /brushes, own whites, you will be carrying out all aspects, prepping, mist coasts, first coats on ceilings & walls, priming, egg shell on all wood work. CSCS card preferred, but not essential, must provide 2 x sources of references, must live local to the Beckenham area. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Reliable Proven Experience, high finish Good work ethic Well presented Set up site, clear down site to health & safety requirements Have initiative to investigate problems, and carry out the work Have a good attitude Hold NVQ or CSCS card -Preferred Drive with own transport Have full PPE
