Commercial Administrator Wakefield – WF1 5PE Permanent – Full Time (37 hours per week) Freedom's Networks Services now has a vacancy for a Commercial Administrator to join our delivery team in Wakefield. The main purpose of the role will be to work within a dedicated team working on the building & civil contract to ensure all franchisee's and subcontractors undertake scheduled work activities and allocations whilst ensuring all completions are captured and presented in line with the framework, whilst making sure all invoices are raised in a timely manner in conjunction with agreed targets. Some of the key deliverables in this role will include: Working with our Freedom Work's Management System and the administration team to ensure that all jobs are raised, scheduled, assigned and completed. Value and process all completed works within period as well as compiling and presenting monthly reports. Review and process all returned documentation received from clients to ensure accurate job completions on work management system. Support commercial and financial month-end position. Raise Purchase Orders where applicable. Effective communication with various levels of personnel working on the framework. Working with Freedom’s delivery team managers on the procurement and ongoing management and engagement of Franchisees & Subcontractors. Assist with Cost Value Reconciliations. Post-audit of works commercially completed. Desirable Experience: Previous experience in an finance administration (payroll/accounts payable/credit control/finance assistant) role is preferable however purchasing and procurement type backgrounds would also transfer well into this role. Other beneficial traits and experiences include: Experience dealing with high volume workloads. Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills. Demonstrate good IT literacy & numeracy skills. Prior experience using work management systems would be advantageous, preferably in a construction/engineering environment. Knowledge and understanding of processing and managing Purchase Order.
