Accounts Payable Manager / Purchase Ledger
Permanent contract - Salary up to £30K + Bonus
Office based role - Location: Burscough, Lancashire (Construction industry)
My client is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join them on a full-time basis. You will oversee the daily accounts payable operations, including managing journal entries, accruals, and financial reporting.

Key Qualifications
1. Proficiency in Sage 50 and Sage Payroll software
2. Experience with AAT accounting and CIS processing
3. Strong understanding of journal entries and accruals
4. Manage supplier invoices, relationships, and details
5. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
8. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
9. Relevant certification or degree in Finance or Accounting preferred

1. Office based role - 5 days a week with free parking on site
2. Working hours 9am - 5pm (1 hour lunch break)
