Our client is looking to recruit a 'frontline' Customer Account Controller to join their team for a contract period of 18 months.
You will have excellent customer care, handling by telephone and email, all orders, available stock, standing orders, and making sure a first-class level of service is delivered to their customers, to give maximum satisfaction on service.
You will also be responsible for customer contracts and scheduling meetings to assess these regularly.
Make changes when necessary to pricing points and reviewing with customers.
Ensure regular customer reviews on quality control and report to relevant departments.
Reviewing levels of stock so customers don't run out of regular items.
The ideal person will be:
1. An excellent communicator both written and verbally.
2. Used to handling sensitive and confidential information.
3. Able to make timely and informed decisions.
4. A good team player.
Essential Skills:
1. Minimum 3 years in a Customer Service role.
