To provide support to local Human Resources Business Partner team in activities related to onboarding, induction, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and Human Resources administration. Provide front-line human resources support to employees and managers. Also provides administrative and operational support to Human Resources Manager/Director/Senior Director. Provide human resources support as required for a small designated business unit.
1. Work within and deliver to agreed Human Resources Service Level Agreements for business units
2. Prepare human resources reports, SOPs, Documentations using MS office
3. Support the human resources business partner team in the seamless execution of duties related to Onboarding, Employee Relations, Payroll, Benefits, and Human Resources Operations
4. Contribute to country/regional level projects or process improvement initiatives
5. Support delivery of human resources program and process training
6. Educate business area to drive employee support requirements through self-service and Human Resources Ops Centers
7. Ensure all documentation with regard to employee moves, transfers, and changes to employment types are completed within the agreed timelines
8. Demonstrates integrity in all business interactions and honors personal commitments
9. Provides support in the identification of client centered solutions aligned with Parexel goals and local legislation
10. Ability to stay focused, efficient, and effective in managing multiple priorities
11. Must be organized and detail-oriented
12. Good written and verbal communication skills
13. Manage operational tasks while having the end-to-end (E2E) process in mind
14. Deliver first time quality
15. Experience utilizing HRIS systems [Workday] and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
16. Maintain a positive, results oriented work environment, building partnerships and modeling teamwork, communicating to the team in an open, balanced and objective manner
17. Participate in formal staff review processes, e.g., performance and salary reviews to corporate standards and timescales
18. 1 to 2 years’ experience
19. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
