Position: Office and Visa Administrator
Location: Pettaugh, Suffolk (office based)
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Shift and Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, 9am-5pm

Your Role:
As an Office and Visa Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and the accurate handling of visa applications. Your responsibilities will include:
* Processing visa applications with meticulous attention to detail.
* Providing essential administrative support to our team of Visa Specialists.
* Conducting research on changing visa and immigration rules worldwide.
* Managing office supplies and general office housekeeping.
* Liaising with suppliers, embassies, and agencies.
* Assisting with basic accounts duties such as raising quotes and invoices.
* Occasionally attending passport/visa appointments on behalf of clients.
