London/SE England Excess of £100,000
Established for over 25 years and with a current headcount of over 300 people, this company provides a range of Architectural and Engineering design services and operates globally. The majority of UK customers are major architectural practices and this role will target winning new customers, increasing business from existing ones and retaining them long term.
The person appointed will be responsible for agreeing targets and objectives with the board and then delivering the sales to achieve them.
We are looking for specific skills and experience including;
* A successful track record of selling design services to UK based architectural practices and consulting engineers (min 5 years - essential).
* Able to demonstrate a contact network in the UK AEC sector.
* Possess a broad knowledge of BIM and current trends.
* Be able and willing to travel, including occasional short international travel.
* Able to operate independently with limited day to day support.
This role will appeal to experienced AEC sector business development professionals with established contact networks looking for a role offering challenge and scope to earn significant commission based upon performance. Note: Remuneration will be a base ‘retainer’ plus commission on a self employed rather than a PAYE basis.
