Our client based in Woking is seeking a Customer Service Ambassador to join their team for at least 4 weeks The purpose of this role is to assist with daily operations and handle customer enquiries effectively. Duties: Resolve queries from the public and provide assistance and advice as necessary. Interact positively and effectively with the general public through intercom, email, phone, and face-to-face communication. Monitor equipment status remotely from the Control Room and act upon any alarms or warnings as they appear. Complete outstanding administration tasks Conduct physical inspections of designated areas Monitor CCTV appropriately and report issues Requirements: Excellent communication skills Confident handling queries from the public Strong administration skills Please apply for a chance to be considered
