We have two Festival Artist Liaison Coordinator roles available, each taking the lead on different Manchester International Festival projects. Working collaboratively, these roles will ensure seamless artist logistics and backstage operations across the 2025 Festival.
Artist Liaison is at the heart of ensuring artists and touring parties have a smooth and welcoming experience. Each role will be responsible for managing all travel, accommodation, and visa logistics, as well as overseeing artist backstage operations including artist riders, coordinating freelance Artist Liaisons, and handling administrative tasks such as travel itineraries and financial operations associated to bookings and spends.
The successful candidate will work closely with the existing Artist Liaison Manager & Administrator and an additional Festival core team comprising of a Festival Artist Liaison Administrator and Accommodation Coordinator and the wider producing and operations team to deliver an effective and well-organised system of artist liaison within the Factory International framework. This role requires strong project planning skills, great interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A knowledge of Manchester and travel logistics is a plus.
This is an office-based role at our venue, Aviva Studios; however, some remote working arrangements can be discussed.
