As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping our organization’s success by providing sound HR guidance and support across various functions. You’ll collaborate closely with managers, employees, and cross-functional teams to drive employee engagement, foster a positive work environment, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. This is a hybrid role at our corporate headquarters in Chesterfield, MO.
Job Responsibilities & Requirements
HR Strategy and Initiatives:
1. Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
2. Support workforce planning efforts, ensuring optimal staffing levels and talent pipelines.
3. Champion initiatives related to Talent Management, Total Rewards, Diversity and Inclusion, and Employee Engagement.
Operational HR Support and Project Management:
1. Support day-to-day needs of multiple business areas as it relates to HR processes and practices.
2. Assist with HR projects aimed at enhancing employee experience, organizational performance, and culture.
3. Coordinate with center of excellence teams to design and implement effective HR programs.
Data Insights and Reporting:
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze HR data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
2. Generate regular reports on key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, headcount, etc.
3. Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and enhance HR programs.
Employee Relations:
1. Handle employee relations matters, applying an understanding of policies and regulations.
2. Provide guidance to managers on performance management, talent development, and conflict resolution.
Talent Acquisition:
1. Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition partners to attract and retain top talent.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field OR Equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating the ability to perform essential job functions.
2. Minimum of 1-2 years of strategic human resources-related experience.
3. Experience working within HR management systems required, Workday experience strongly preferred.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
5. Professional certification from HRCI or SHRM is preferred.
