The Role We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Pastry Chef De Partie to join our team in Restaurant RenMor with it's state of the art kitchen. This is a part-time role focusing on producing scones, cakes and savouries for our Afternoon Tea service, working from 9.30am to 2.30pm. We are committed to using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. We look for enthusiasm, passion and drive in all our chefs. You'll be working in a busy and hard working team and environment where you will continually learn and develop your career. Supporting the Head Pastry Chef in leading and guiding the team, you'll fine tune not only your culinary skills but your management ones too. Salary and contract This is a part time, permanent contract working 25 hours per week over 5 days, including weekends and bank holidays.
