Job Description
As Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of both inns, ensuring seamless delivery of exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food quality. You will work closely with our chefs to ensure menus are tailored to meet guest demands and expectations.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and train a team. You must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and suppliers. Experience working in a live-in or full-time live-in environment would be advantageous but not essential.
