* Process customer claims based on agreed commercial terms from validation to customer payment in a timely manner.
* Track requests status and communicate to relevant colleagues the status and timelines of request.
* Process ambassadorial invoices and work with Education and Marketing to track and manage resolution times.
* Support department and business administration tasks.
* Provide cover for other members of Business Intelligence team when required.
* Manage process timelines with key stakeholders across departments.
