Immediate opportunity for an experienced Senior Operations Analyst with a passion for problem-solving and process improvement.
You will plan, oversee, and deliver a set of work deliverables on time and to a high standard through effective project management and support of multidisciplinary team members.
Responsibilities:
* No direct line management responsibilities - however, as a Senior Operations Analyst you will be tasked with the day-to-day management of the operation and co-ordination of Operations Analyst tasks.
* Review and make decisions on datasets and subsequent payments across the Delivery and Schemes portfolio of environmental schemes.
* The use of Delegated Authority to make decisions on behalf of the organisation.
* Input into strategic management plans and delivery.
* Continuous improvement and capability building of processes and individuals both in direct and indirect team structures.
Experience required:
* Experience in working within standard operating procedures and a regulatory environment is essential.
* Excellent organisational skills and able to manage your workload and that of your team efficiently
* Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to drive improvements in processes.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
* Strong research, numerical, and analytical capabilities.
* Interpersonal skills to build strong relationships within and outside of the team.
* Proficiency in MS Office and internal digital platforms, with an intermediate level of PC literacy.
* Resilience and adaptability to transition between tasks based on demand, including quality control (QC) responsibilities.
* Solid decision-making skills with a strong understanding of risk management.
Desirable - Knowledge of renewable electricity technologies.
