We are looking for a self-starter Principal who excels at internal stakeholder management and external third party management to join the EU AMZL Global Fleet Product, Fleet Planning team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the supply planning for Last Mile Rentals, transforming from a 'push' fleet planning model to a 'pull' model.
2. Design mechanisms to meet strategic goals regarding LMR fleet scale with efficiency.
3. Conduct periodic reviews with senior stakeholders for the approval of new transfer orders.
4. Anticipate risks and design supply chain solutions that will be implemented directly by GFP.
Top Challenges
1. Plan and develop a sustainable LMR supply base to remove agility and cost as scale blockers.
2. Trade-off among different stakeholders with diverse and conflicting goals.
3. Create mechanisms for the governance of the approvals of transfer orders to replenish LMR pools.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor's degree
2. Experience in the fleet, supply chain or logistics industry
3. Experience in business ownership, controlling, and business analysis
4. A proven track record of creating effective reporting and data analysis
5. Strong analytical skills combined with proficiency in Excel
6. Experience influencing and interacting with cross-functional teams
7. Ability to handle and prioritize when presented with a high volume of engagements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. SQL proficiency
2. Understanding of fleet management and related KPIs
