About the Role:
As our Office Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of MHA's Head Office. You'll be responsible for:
* Office Operations & Administration - Overseeing daily office functions, streamlining processes, and ensuring efficiency.
* Health & Safety Compliance - Managing fire safety, security, and workplace health standards.
* Facilities & Supplier Management - Handling contracts, office supplies, and service providers to maintain a professional work environment.
* People & Leadership - Supervising reception and admin teams, fostering a positive culture, and supporting talent development.
* Event & Meeting Co-ordination - Ensuring seamless scheduling, room management, and visitor support.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative leadership role.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
* Excellent communication and people management abilities.
* Knowledge of office health & safety regulations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and office administration tools.
* A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
