Excellent communication skills are required to communicate and form close working relationships with multi disciplinary teams Provide and present complex, and sometimes contentious information to Senior Managers and Clinicians in a way that is sensitive and understandable. Be able to effectively present information and data to small groups. On occasion, have to deal directly with patients and their carers on matters of a highly sensitive and confidential nature.
