The role – Assistant Preconstruction Manager
This is a full time, office based role for a pre-construction professional.
The role involves:
* Budgeting
* Buying
* Reviewing specifications and drawings
* Construction Coordination
* Daily tasks on Microsoft Office
You will be working on commercial contracts with values ranging from £50,000 – £1m.
The right person - Assistant Pre-construction Manager
* ·Experience in the commercial flooring industry
* ·Experience in Estimating, Preconstruction, or Buying
* ·Good attention to detail
* ·Be able to work to deadlines in a high pressure environment
* ·Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* ·Strong organizational and communication skills
* ·The ability to work independently and within a team
* ·Experience in negotiation
Working hours 8.30-5pm
