Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the transformation agenda, ensuring programmes are effectively set up, tracked, and communicated to senior leadership.
* Develop concise written communications to articulate risks and benefits to diverse audiences, including C-suite stakeholders.
* Oversee forums and governance mechanisms to streamline operations and enhance decision-making processes.
* Provide secretariat support and contribute to operating models, governance frameworks, and reporting standards.
* Facilitate seamless collaboration across global stakeholders to ensure efficient change delivery.
Desired Experience:
* Proven leading change and transformation projects, ideally within commodities sectors.
* Understanding of market surveillance and abuse risks.
* Strong grasp of project management principles (Prince 2, PMP, P3O).
* Track record of successfully embedding governance models.
* Good written + verbal communication skills to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
