Workforce Personnel are recruiting experienced Care Assistants and Support Workers to join our brilliant team to support various local residential care homes and nursing homes in and around the Bedfordshire and Central Bedfordshire areas. The main duties of a Care Worker will include: - • Supporting vulnerable people with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, mental health and elderly people. • Social, emotional and physical support to all clients • Manual handling and personal care. To work with us as a Care Assistant or Support Worker you must hold the below:- • 6 Months experience working within care enviroment as a Care Assistant or Support Worker. • A caring and empathetic nature • Sensitivity towards the needs of vulnerable people • Reliable working ethics • Good writing skills • A good communicator • An active team player • Be able to follow instructions • Be able to work flexible working patterns and available at short notice • Be able to undertake an Enhanced DBS check • The willingness to conduct the mandatory training for Care Assistants and Support Worker.
