Aspire People are now recruiting for school office managers to support our schools in Northampton.
Please note our roles are contracted temporary long-term positions or temp or perm.
Requirements:
* You must have a DBS on the update service or be happy to obtain one in order to work in our schools.
Hours: Part-time or full-time hours on offer.
Date: September 2024.
Duties:
1. To be responsible for undertaking administrative, financial, and organisational processes within the school.
2. To be familiar with child protection procedures.
3. To share in the corporate responsibility for the well-being of all the pupils.
4. To fulfil standards of staff to the appropriate level which will contribute to decisions the school makes with regard to professional development and pay progression.
5. Contribute to the overall ethos/work/aims of the school.
6. Knowledge of school systems - SIMS, Arbor for example.
7. Knowledge of school finance systems.
8. Education background or strong office management.
9. To be familiar with fire-drill procedures.
10. Undertake complex financial administration procedures.
11. Assist with the planning, monitoring, and evaluation of the budget.
12. Participate in training and other learning activities and performance development as required.
