In this role you will be responsible for the Trucast employees, on site at TUK, Isle of Wight are a team of 90 employees. We are looking for a HRBP who reside on the Isle of Wight or is able to commute from Portsmouth/ Southampton. As a Junior Human Resource Business Partner, your role will be to develop and execute HR strategies focused on talent management, organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. You will implement and embed programs that cascade from the broader HR team that connect the business priorities and translate them into the highest impact work. You will coach business leaders to look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve performance, retention, and the overall employee experience. On a day-to- day basis your role will include: You will drive impactful employee engagement initiatives, deliver excellent HR Employee Relations support, and champion employee development strategies to unlock potential and performance. Leading DEI&W agendas at the site level. You will ensure alignment with standards while identifying areas of improvement. You will also align talent acquisition with business goals and support local corporate social responsibility initiatives, fostering a connected, purpose-driven workplace. Interested?
