Benchmark Staffing Solutions are looking to speak with recent or soon-to-be grads who are looking for a lucrative and exciting career in recruitment.
Recruitment is all about building relationships with candidates and clients through conversations and face-to-face meetings, in order to become an expert in your chosen market. These relationships will enable the Recruitment Consultant to understand their client's requirements and to place the appropriate candidates within these roles.
Starting salaries circa £24,000-27,000 with additional commission dependent on success. Successful, established recruiters should be looking to make 6 figure salaries.
Personal attributes that make up a successful recruiter include -
* Willingness to engage with people and build relationships. Prior customer facing roles in retail or hospitality will be advantageous
* An ability to absorb new information and to use it as a building block to continuously growing market expertise
* Proven competitiveness - often in the form of prior sales experience, sporting achievement or proven excellence
* Perseverance and resilience - Recruitment can be a tough industry but those that are able to keep going during difficult moments are the ones who will ultimately succeed in building an exceptional career
