A Communications Coordinator in Marketing Delivery, who will be responsible for our overnight sends, scheduling/delivering customer communications and offers for the Sports and Gaming products. Marketing Delivery is responsible for executing global marketing campaigns, including the delivery of localised offers. The team oversees the delivery of emails, notifications and SMS sent directly to customers. We are expanding our operation to function as a 24-hour team with a Night Shift. Experience in other marketing-based roles is advantageous but not essential. Full training will be provided for the successful candidate. You will be responsible for our overnight workload, including keeping schedules accurate, setting up offers and monitoring ongoing sends. You will have strong attention to detail, communicate accurately and quickly and work well under pressure to meet stakeholder expectations. This role involves working seven shifts Monday through to Sunday, followed by seven thoroughly deserved days off. A typical shift consists of working 19:30-07:00. Successful applicants will be required to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK from their first day of employment.
