Key Responsibilities
* Tender Preparation & Submission – Review and interpret client specifications to develop accurate and comprehensive tenders, including Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
* Pricing & Strategy – Develop cost-effective and competitive pricing strategies to strengthen bid submissions.
* Compliance & Procurement – Ensure all tender responses adhere to industry regulations and procurement requirements.
* Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to refine proposals and secure new business opportunities.
* Process & Documentation Management – Maintain high standards in all tender documents, ensuring timely submission and compliance with company objectives.
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience in tender management, ideally within the landscaping, construction, or related sectors.
* Strong knowledge of industry standards, specifications, and procurement processes.
* Ability to prepare detailed BOQs and pricing strategies in line with commercial objectives.
* Excellent analytical, organisational, and project management skills to handle multiple bids simultaneously.
* High-level written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and persuasive tender documents.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
