Pay rate to £22.50 per hour

Pertemps are recruiting for a suitably experienced person for a role which involves co-ordinating, overseeing and quality assuring all aspects of complaints made by children and young people, their families and carers.
Hull City Council’s Children, Young People and Families Service is looking to recruit a Compliments, Complaints and Information Officer to assist with their continuous improvement journey.
Experience of Children's Services, Local Authority complaints processes (Statutory, Corporate and LGSCO) and excellent communication and relationship building / complaints resolution skills are required.
There is plenty of hybrid working available.
