The Integrated Combat Systems HR Team: You will be joining the Integrated Combat Systems HR Team (circa. 10 people) who form part of the larger Submarines HR function (circa. 100 people). The Integrated Combat Systems business is responsible for the technology and combat system within the Submarine. As a HR Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work on/across projects and programmes providing specialist support throughout the business, sharing your knowledge and best practice along the way. The role will involve working with different levels of the line of business, across different functions and at varying levels of seniority, including Functional/Business Unit Directors. You will gain great exposure of, and opportunity to shape and deliver against our people and business strategies, responsible for identifying people and organisation requirements, with a view to driving enhanced customer value. You will work with CoEs and across the wider HR model to integrate solutions and to evaluate suitability to business requirements. This role will support your ongoing HR professional development, enhancing your functional and business partnering skills and knowledge.
