Customer Service Administrator Full-Time, Permanent Mansfield £26,000 Introduction to the Company This is a great opportunity to work for a reputable company within their field, being able to provide an excellent service to all clients and ensuring high standards at all times. You will be responsible for working closely with clients and accurately recording claims and keeping clients updated throughout the full life-cycle. Description of the role: Setting up new client files both manual and electronic for new instruction. Producing daily work sheets and documentation for site visits. Liaising with Technicians to ensure correct documentation is in place. Liaising with external providers to book appointments including Electricians and Surveyors. Recording all client data following phone conversations. Assisting with the deployment of staff. Communicating between both internal and external staff with progress. About you: Customer service experience and excellent customer support skills. IT literate with experience of Microsoft Office. Experience of working within a compliance heavy role. Ability to liaise with internal and external staff. Able to deal with confidential and sensitive information.
