The successful candidate will work closely with our marketing team to authentically represent our brand online and contribute to our social media strategy.

65Beauty is a premier aesthetics clinic offering a range of treatments, including fillers, anti-wrinkle treatments, acne scar treatments, fat-dissolving treatments, IV drips, PRP therapy, and more. Our team of highly skilled aestheticians specializes in subtle enhancements, ensuring clients look refreshed and natural. We pride ourselves on creating a serene, luxurious environment where privacy and comfort are paramount.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:
* Develop, plan, and execute creative content across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.)
* Create engaging videos, photos, graphics, and written posts that align with 65Beauty’s tone and values
* Stay informed about beauty and aesthetics trends to produce innovative and trend-driven conten
Social Media Management:
* Schedule, post, and monitor daily content to ensure consistency and engagement
* Respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner
* Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement
Community Engagement:
* Build and nurture relationships with followers, influencers, and brand ambassadors
* Identify and collaborate with relevant creators and influencers for partnerships and campaigns
Strategy Development:
* Work with the marketing team to develop social media strategies that align with broader brand objectives
Research competitors and emerging trends to ensure 65Beauty remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovation

* Storyboard and outline script their ideas for content to be developed.

* Develop accessible written content for different platforms and devices.
* Apply best practice and inclusive language when creating content.
* Write and edit copy or scripts for use on different channels and platforms.
* Create or capture visuals and audio using standard packages and equipment.
* Source, obtain and prepare media assets for use; using industry standard packages to adapt and edit content.
* Use industry standard tools and content management systems to organise, structure and label content effectively, methodically and securely enabling efficient search and retrieval.
* Identify and recommend the platform/s or channel/s to use for the media campaign.
* Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients, colleagues and suppliers, establishing and using professional contacts.
* Engage and respond with audiences through social media, adapting content to respond to evolving circumstances.
* Monitor user experience to ensure content is focused on maximising engagement.
* Analyse the differences between audiences using audience segmentation techniques and data.
* Use lessons learned to evaluate the success of the content and identify areas for improvement for future campaigns.

Your training plan
You will achieve the Level 3 Content Creator Apprenticeship Standard.
There are workshops that you will need to attend online.
You will have a mentor for one to one teaching and learning
In-house training will be given to support specifics of the role.
