For which tasks (responsibilities)?
* Lead and mentor a team of 2D artists, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality art production.
* Establish and maintain team management processes and routines;
* Collaborate closely with game designers, developers, and UI/UX specialists to conceptualize and create 2D assets that align with the game's vision and goals.
* Ensure that all 2D art assets are optimized for mobile performance while maintaining visual excellence.
* Maintain and uphold artistic consistency throughout the game by reviewing and refining arts based on product team feedback and project requirements.
* Be involved in team members’ skills development and knowledge sharing.
* Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques, integrating them into the team's workflow to push the creative boundaries.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
* 5+ years of experience in 2D art for casual mobile games, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
* Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of artists, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Mastery of industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
* Experience working with and maintaining AI tools for Art Development.
* Deep understanding of current trends and best practices in casual mobile game art.
* Strong collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across different teams to achieve a unified vision.
* Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in animation or motion graphics.
* Familiarity with 3D modeling.
* Experience designing for international audiences, with an understanding of cultural sensitivities and preferences.
