Due to continued growth, our client is actively looking an additional Internal Sales Coordinator to join their team in their Trafford Park site.
As the Account Coordinator you will oversee the Vendor Managed Inventory for valued customers. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, reviewing forecasts, coordinating with supply chain and maintaining communication with customers to ensure optimal inventory levels.
You’ll also be required to review demand forecast and inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain team to ensure efficient replenishment and distribution of stock. Whilst maintaining regular communication with customers to address enquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on inventory status.
What they are looking for;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Knowledge of engineering products is desirable but not essential.
* Previous experience in a sales environment or in an account management role would be beneficial.
* Proficient in the use of basic computer applications including Microsoft Office.
* Willingness to learn about new technologies and products.
* Full UK driving licence.
