Audio Visual Sales Specialist

Position Overview:
CCS Media (an Advania Company) is looking for a dynamic and forward thinking Audio Visual Sales Specialist. You’ll build relationships with numerous customers to understand their requirements and help them reach their IT & Business goals.
Responsibilities:
1. Proactively engage with existing clients to understand their audio visual requirements and provide tailored solutions.
2. Develop proposals, quotes, and presentations for clients that align with their technical needs and budgetary parameters.
3. Provide technical demonstrations and consultations to clients, showcasing the value of CCS Media and the applicable audio visual solutions.
4. Identify and develop new sales opportunities within existing clients for AV solutions (e.g., displays, video conferencing, sound systems, control systems).
5. Collaborate with technical and professional services teams to ensure a clear understanding on time frames and a smooth transition to the clients’ end goals.
6. Work with tier 1 audio visual partners to maintain industry trends and new products and solutions.
7. Act as the conduit between the client, Account Manager, vendor and distribution.
8. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with regular engagement via numerous methods of communication.
9. Prepare regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and market intelligence updates.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. Proven track record and success within an IT Service Provider within an Audio Visual business function.
2. Strong understanding of AV products and solutions, including video conferencing systems, digital signage, touch screen technology and sound systems.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Able to take clients on an audio visual journey from introduction call through to commercials.
5. Have the ability to work within a team but also self-sufficient to complete multiple pieces of work.
