Responsibilities
Main duties: To be the first point of contact for customers within a designated region providing outstanding customer service.
The role:
– To respond to sales enquiries from customers in a timely manner
– Respond to quotes and product information
– Raise orders and send invoices
– Database maintenance, customer registration and admin support
– Attend trade show 2 – 3 times a year
Candidate's Profile
– Fluent in German (written and spoken) essential
– Fluent in French a plus but not a requirement
– Experience in customer service or admin support beneficial
– Excellent communication and organisational skills
– Sales focused with strong attention to details
– Dynamic, enthusiastic and proactive
– IT literate
