Your New Role
We are looking for motivated coordinators who love problem solving and are interested in taking their skills to a new environment. This is a role that is about more than just scheduling; you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients are receiving the right support at the right time provided by people who care, to assist them in remaining living in their own homes.
Responsibilities
1. Provide excellent customer service outcomes for clients who are elderly or who have a disability by developing and fostering excellent relationships with clients, support workers, and funding bodies.
2. Use GoldCare scheduling software to allocate support workers to provide assistance with tasks ranging from house cleaning to high needs personal care.
3. Provide guidance and assistance to our Support Workers working in the field, and complete health and wellbeing reports and incident reporting.
4. Document complaints and compliments and conduct initial investigations.
About You
We are looking for people who are energetic and display real commitment to excellent client outcomes. You need to be enthusiastic about joining a team of like-minded people who understand that every client deserves to receive excellent support.
You will need to have a love of problem solving and a commitment to achieving goals. You have the ability to deal with multiple issues and keep all the balls in the air while prioritising the most important tasks.
Coordinating care is not an individual pursuit; it is a team sport. Sometimes you will need assistance and sometimes you will need to assist others. Practical people who have a high level of empathy thrive in this role.
